In 2014 after a lifetime of working in hospitality around the globe, Founder Linzi decided to relocate from her Northern roots and bring the vibrant trends of London to Brentwood. Her vision was simple yet powerful: to create mouthwatering dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, all served in a unique, innovative, and friendly space.

MEET THE CHEF – Pauline
Pauline has been the Head Chef at TBK House since 2015, and we are fortunate to have such a dedicated and talented chef on our team.
Born and raised in Islington, Pauline always had a deep passion for cooking. After an earlier career as a florist left her feeling unfulfilled, she took a leap of faith and pursued her dream of becoming a full-time chef. Her commitment to putting heart and soul into every dish is what makes our food so special.

What is the best thing about your job? The best thing has to be my Team, LOVE and my beautiful loyal customers, you know who you are.
Favourite Memories of TBK? Celebrating my 50th and having all my friends and family enjoyed my space of work, also loved it when Ed Sheeran popped in for one of my full English’s!
Favourite Dish Hard to choose? So many favourite dishes. Currently the Summer Salmon Salad.
Best dish to cook at home? Roast dinner, home-made cauliflower cheese and all the trimmings
